All US college and high school competition is in 25 SCY pool


SCY = short course yards. Most pools in the US are SCY. Many colleges have SCY pools and a few (mostly D1) have 50 meter pools (LCM or Long Course Meters), which is standard Olympic competition size. Short course and long course are two entirely different animals in training and competition.

You have to have standard competition across standard formats for NCAAs.
